Matt’s path is littered with awards. Over the last few years Hullco has received the BBB Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics, the Big 50 Award by Remodeling Magazine, Guild Quality Guildmaster, and was named a Top 200 Remodeling Company by Qualified Remodeler Magazine and Outstanding Young Business by Hamilton County. In 2012 Matt was named one of the 40 Under 40 by Professional Remodeler Magazine and Contractor of the Year by Replacement Contractor Magazine. In 2013 Hullco Exteriors was named Small Business of the Year by the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce. Most Recently, Hullco was voted First Place Best of the Best for Siding, Windows, and Roofing for the fourth consecutive year. Hullco Exteriors was also named 2015 Dealer of the Year for Best Showroom Design by Window and Door.
Matt has a passion for developing property and businesses. He is partners in B&M Development, Chestnut Holdings, and Scenic Land Company.
Along with being an award-winning businessman, Matt believes in giving back to the community. He has been involved in Habitat for Humanity, and he serves as the Chairman of the Hamilton County Zoning Appeals Board. He is also a member of The Hunter Worley Foundation board, as well as the Pat Summitt Foundation board. He started The Hullco Heritage Foundation, a golf and music event that raises money for The First Tee of Chattanooga and The Hunter Worley Foundation. Matt is on the Board of Directors of the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce, as well as the Erlanger and Children’s Hospital Council. Matt takes pride in building and maintaining relationships. Away from work you will find him in the gym, playing golf, travelling, or spending time with his wife, Jenny, and their daughter, Reese. Matt and his family attend Rock Point Community Church.
